Nobody employeed at location knew they rented U-Haul and originally I was turned away. Went home and ordered online and it kept selecting this location for pickup so finalized online. Went to pick up and still nobody knew what to do and they called owner I am guessing, I had to go out and do entire proccess to rent. Upon return the same thing and was delayed another 30 minutes why they called. When finalized I was emailed my ste ent and mileage cost was not disclosed when renting and was told to not exceed 100 miles. When returned I was charged .99 for 84 miles
