I reserved a 15 foot Uhaul bc I was moving a whole house 600 miles and it confirmed stating this location had the truck I needed. Upon arrival they only had a 10 fr truck and no dolly that I reserved. So they said you can pulll the trailer! Absolutely not! Not ok. Not only did I not have a loading ramp but I couldn’t bring half my stuff w me to my new home. This was not a local move and I am not impressed. Maybe this was Uhaul fault and not sams variety fault since Uhaul took the reservation.

Nancy RIt took hours for them to check my vehicle in. I returned it at 1 o’clock and they didn’t return it in until 530 but I didn’t get charged extra time.
