I was towing my car and needed a tow dolly. Was told that it was policy that I had to hitch it up w/ car myself. Don't know if that's U-Haul policy or if it was Southwest Powersports's. I had never affixed my car to a tow dolly before and asked if somebody could at least examine it after I had done so. They told me to simply read the procedure in the contract and on the dolly itself. The directions were fairly easy to understand, but it's a procedure that if not done correctly, could cause at the very least damage to my car and more importantly, a vehicle accident. The employee at True Master Storage (drop off location) told me that they should've hitched it up for me. I had towed my car back in 2003, and that had been the case. Everything turned out okay, but it made my drive even more nerveracking.

We were supposed to pick up our truck at 8am. We did leave their location until 10:15 am. We could not open the lockbox. Come to find out, they have is the WRONG PASSCODE. We spent 2 hours waiting until someone showed up to open the lockbox. Very upset.
