It took way to long for the pick up process, I don’t understand why they need to call 2 people to confirm the pick up. they are lucky I had two people who were able to take the calls. I was then charged for a missing dolly which was never missing ($120). I returned the uhaul 5 hours early and I kinda thought I would get a little money back for that, I didn’t but that’s also okay.
