First time renting truck independently it was stressful and complicated. I will have to repeat the process again. I will let you know. But it was convenient, but U-Haul assistance poor.

Corey BCustomer service on the phone is terrible. They were unhelp and extremely rude. I had to move locations that were twelve miles apart and they said that the reservation guarantee wouldn’t qualify
MARIA MLocation is maybe not the best, especially for late night drop offs or pickups. Had issues with homeless people when picking it up. Also the truck might need a detail or just a wipe down! Thank you!
STELLA KI would be open on at least on Saturdays in order to help people with their pick ups
