We agreed that I would bring it back at 11pm after picking it up at 12pm just for them to try to charge me another day if I didn't bring it back by 4:30 pm so I paid $60 to use a 15 foot haul for 4 hrs

I don't really know how the location is. I dropped it off with the app. The store was closed. So I'm not going to give a negative rating. But I was able to leave the truck without issue.
