The pickup location of the truck was closed. The directions to the location was vague. When I called customer service they were of little help. The back of the truck was dirty with old broken pieces of something in the back. Also old reservation papers on the floor.

Again it was U-Haul and lack of communication and understanding
christi wMake sure all equipment that is rented be with the truck when reserved for pickup. I called uhual hotline. I did not get appliance dolly. She said I could go to a corporate store and get one. She gave me the wrong address. That was time and gas wasted in my personal vehicle. We ended up moving without it. I liked mobile check in. It took a little time but it was good.
Aleem AHave a few more smaller box trucks available but it was a great experience for my first time renting a uhaul.
Sandee CThere was no one there and we did not have good internet service. It was extremely annoying trying to upload pictures and get the website to work to return the truck. A actual person needs to be there.
