On the Friday I was to pick up the trailer, the place was closing at 6PM. I arrived at 5:15pm, 1/2 hour before my pick up time, and the place was already closed. I pulled such a scare. Instructions on the door said to use the U-Haul app to sign in! I downloaded the app, I received and applied the secure code, but it declined both my VISA and MasterCard. I was at a complete LOSS!!! Another customer returning equipment suggested I call their number. I did, and thank God, the agent answered and returned to the office in 13 minutes. Whew!!!
