Nobody was on site when I dropped off the trailer then I get a call 4 days later looking for the trailer that was already dropped off on the site.
DEBRA CI made a reservation 10 days in advance. The day of the rental, the rental location was changed twice. This location (the last one) was not convenient for my pickup or delivery. I was told that I could not return it to my preferred (original) location without a $100 charge. My rental time was supposed to be 7 pm but the time on rental agreement was input at 6:30. I returned the trailer at 6:01 pm and the business owner was driving out of the parking lot as I entered. He told me to drop the trailer in a certain area and then drove across the street to a gas station and watched me unhook the trailer in the pouring rain. They knew my return time was at 6:30 but closed the store and was leaving the premises. Probably would have claimed that I didn't return it until after hours and charge for another day. I will find another option the next time I need a trailer or truck for moving.
