I would recommend this location to a friend; however, I would advise my friends to thoroughly inspect and make note of, and take photos that show how clean the inside of the cab is, prior to leaving this location. Uhaul provided me an excellent deal, because the original 10 footer that I ordered at least a week in advance wasn't available on my moving day. I was provided a 15 footer instead. The inside of the cab was NOT clean when I picked the truck up. I drove the truck approximately 26 miles round trip. I picked up the remainder of my belongings from my old home and moved them to my new home. The two homes are 8.6 miles apart. I was charged an additional $1.24 for going 1 mile over on a round trip fee. That's not a big deal at all, but I live off of a monthly fixed income. My money is tight right now, because of my move. They charged me the $1.25, plus a $5.00 fee, plus a $10.00 fee because the truck wasn't clean. I will NOT be returning to this location for a uhaul again.

BONITA WThe lady went to inspect the truck after I returned it. She came back on her phone I stood around for ten minutes before she looked up. Wasted my time, awful customer service. Being on her phone was more important than a customer.
