Based on the excellent customer service I received at AAA Storage of Greensboro I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. They were awesome and I will definitely use them again the next time I need a U-Haul Rental!!!

The price giving over the phone should be honored. I was quoted $.49 a mile and when I picked up because I changed vehicles and the agent did not tell me it would cost more. I had to pay $1.09 a mile. I was also charged more for the gas and apparently I was 3 gallons short
