We rented the truck 1day and we made a deal i return the truck 2pm and I returned it before the appointment around 1pm . He charged me 2 times .. this is a fraud

I was not told about refueling truck all I was told is that I would be billed 1.09 per mile for fuel. I rented a 10 inch truck and hand truck for 7 and my balance was over $200. I called and asked why he said because I didn't refuel. The truck was below a quarter of tank when I got it. I put enough gas on to get it back to where it was. I need someone from corporate to get in contact with me asap

Tamara PWorst U-Haul experience in my entire life, won’t use or recommend U-Haul to anyone. Finally was able to get all the equipment we requested, at a much higher price than quoted, you get the U-Haul home and it has someone else’s furniture in the back of it. Pick up location told us to figure it out or dispose of it on our own and hung up on us.
