The drop off location had an open sign, but nobody was there. I called the number on the door, and the person who I presume was the owner sent me to another location and insured me that I would be taken care of and get my cash deposit refunded. When I showed up at the other location, the man working, did not know how to deal with parking or unhooking U-Haul, he did not want to give me my refund because he said he was just doing his friend a favor. It was literally the most unprofessional situation I had ever been in!

LEGACY PDon't charge someone's account 3 times. Also when I asked I was told if I didn't use the miles it would be reimbursed to me. That didn't happen. I have one charge for 343, one for 50.36, and onr for 50.38 something isn't correct.
