Location is closed more than its open. Theres a sign w a number to call most of the time instead of an actual person. Bldg is trashed on the inside with no additional supplies if needed. Upon return, they decided to not show up to work. Called the number on the door and was told to unhook trailer and lift the trailer off the vehicle myself instead of an employee being there to do it. I have a bad back injury and couldn't lift the trailer and the manager said go find someone to help me because they decided to be closed that day. Business across the street had to help and stated they do this alot to customers and several come to their business for help.
