I had to do online check out for the truck. Nothing worked and I had to get on phone with someone to help. It would not accept any of my information no matter what we did. It took 2 hours to get the truck only after the person ended up putting me at a different location. It was a nightmare and when you are working on other people's time that gave up time to help move it is extremely frustrating

the woman that ran it was very helpful and nice.
JOHN WThe tires needed replaced on trailer and the lights had a short. They did quickly fix both issues and we were able to load the trailer on time.
Douglas CEquipment was well maintained but the floor had several black marks (rubber or grease) that transferred to several of the boxes we were moving. Luckily my wife noticed before we set any of them on the carpet in the rental house. That was the only issue.
GEORGE FTruck was parked in wet grass and did not have dolly that I had ordered.
