The location I chose (Georgetown) was changed the day before my date. I didn’t see the email until that morning (why wasn’t I called or texted?). I tried calling the new assigned location (20 minutes further than my original location) repeatedly - no one answered. I called the Georgetown location for assistance. I was told they couldn’t help with the problem, but explained the 10 foot van I ordered was picked up for servicing. They instructed me to call customer service. I spoke with Chi in customer service who was most helpful. Unfortunately, when we did get to the van (in the new location) it had no gas cap. NO GAS CAP. Obviously we spent more money on gas then we should have - not to mention the smell of gas. Oh, and the engine light was on too, likely related to the gas problem. Awful experience. Never again. Outside of Chi in customer service this was a really unprofessional experience.

Karla HVehicle was almost out of fuel when I picked it up and I ended up putting way more fuel in it than necessary. The lady at the facility laughed and said call corporate when I mentioned a refund on fuel.
