Vehicle was almost out of fuel when I picked it up and I ended up putting way more fuel in it than necessary. The lady at the facility laughed and said call corporate when I mentioned a refund on fuel.
Charles FHonor the given gas and double check what the customer puts back in. I have before and after pics of the gas and miles it says I can drive.
VICTOR FIn a pinch, U Haul was there for us. The movers we paid for came up with a truck that was about 75% smaller than we needed. They could not supply another truck. We called U Haul and instantly our issue was fixed. No hassle at all!
