The guy at the location was very helpful. The App is clumsy. It asked for my employer contact. I’m self employed so it is me, but it wouldn’t accept it because I was already in the system. Also very redundant. I probably won’t rent from U-Haul again because of the crappy app experience

I attempted to use the app to get the rental, only to find out that at this location, it was not possible. Be sure you get there during business hours.
TERESA VWe were charged for furniture pads and a dolly and did not get either one with our truck. The return process was not easy as the woman working the desk had no idea what she was doing. Overall everything worked out and we did end up having to keep the truck late but the pickup and return process could have been much smoother.
JAKE LThe bed was not swept out, and there were some items left in the cab, but it was acceptable. The staff was helpful and efficient and friendly.
STEVEN PThis was the absolute worst service I have ever received the clerk at the store was rude immediately insulted us over the phone. When we showed up at the store he racially insulted us calling us fucking asians. Unbelievable now he is also charging us bogus charges.
