EMILY MI reserved a Uhaul truck using mobile pick up. The directions on the site were to go in the building, go to the right of the desk and pick up the keys. That was not my experience. I was told to wait, someone would be with me after another transaction occurred. There were four people working and no one else could get the keys to the vehicle I reserved. The reason I did a mobile reservation was so I could pick up the keys quickly and go. Instead I ended up waiting around. Do not recommend this place for quick service.
