Tow trailer wheels need balanceing, bounces don't the road when no vehicle in tow. Tire strap rachet was rusted/dirty and needed much mechanical attention to correct. Had I been a normal ignorant customer it would have been a wasted day and still costly to me. Uhaul should be better. Have a Blessed Day
