Wasn't my preferred location I was forced by uhaul to go there. Im being charged a cleaning fee when the truck was in the exact same condition as it was when I picked it up. I had a bad feeling about this place when I first went because I received someone else's contract at checkout with their personal information on it and I hope no one receives mines

ADAM PI sell insurance for a living..He never mentioned about the add on for insurance.. I would of declined as I know I had coverage on the rental already.. When I called back within an hour of taking the truck..He said he couldn't remove it , but did adjust it some..Like lowered it from $60 to $40.. But that is $40 I shouldn't of paid.
