The address on the website took me to a housing subdivision. That started out my day poorly. Then the app check in was a very confusing. Read after the fact that they call the people you use as reference. They called the owner of the company I work for at 7am. I had to get this truck and was late cause of wrong directions. Ten years ago they gave you a truck on $100 cash deposit. One extreme to another. UHAUL DO BETTER!!!
