The van was filthy. I was charged the 15.00 fee when I had specifically stated I did not want the insurance they refused to refund it.

fuel was very close to empty

marcus sWe were given a discount at the Mobile site and the guy at the Gulf Breeze site refused to help figure out and charged me before even telling me. He then refused to make it right and had me leave. I had to call the Mobile site to get it straightened out.
AVERY NExplained the issue with the auto transporter to the customer service agent and he said nothing. Also had put gas in the vehicle to 3/8 like we got it and he made us put $20 more or he was going to charge us $40.
