We were given a discount at the Mobile site and the guy at the Gulf Breeze site refused to help figure out and charged me before even telling me. He then refused to make it right and had me leave. I had to call the Mobile site to get it straightened out.

Explained the issue with the auto transporter to the customer service agent and he said nothing. Also had put gas in the vehicle to 3/8 like we got it and he made us put $20 more or he was going to charge us $40.
Thomas CGreat experience overall, but with 2 issues: -Box had not been swept out and had quite a bit of dirt and grass. It swept out easily, although I shouldn't have had too. - Fuel was not completely full at time of pick up, it was "almost full". I put in 6 gallons to full for the 12 miles I drove it.
