The vehicle was dusty and dirty inside. It didn't smell the best. Truck my need a new air filter, I started sneezing every time I drove in it. Miles per gallon said 9, but the math didn't work out when I calculated the gas gallons I put in the car and the miles I travelled. Wasn't shown any paperwork as I was signing. Wasn't given any paperwork before I got in my truck. No walk around. Was done before I got the vehicle.
VANESSA DThe facility was closed. It’s certainly not inviting. It looks a bit run down. I did not interact with anyone there because the facility was closed at the time. The few plus are its location and space to park. I think with a bit of cleaning, some paint, and proper signage it would have a better representation of the U-haul name.
