I originally wanted to pick the truck in Stillwater but ended having to go to Guthrie. The U-haul location worked out well but it involved extra mileage.

They lied about the fuel gage and I had to call them to get it checked. I am really angry. When we picked it up it should have been full. Then we could have returned it full but instead it was a little over a half tank so we did exactly that and they lied and said it was only a half tank.

VICKI CThe people here had no clue what they were doing. Could barely speak English for one. I had to call the Midwest City reservation center for help to finally get the truck. Took 30 minutes to get the key. Speaking of the truck, it had 110,000+ miles on it, completely filthy inside, 1/4 a tank of gas, and check engine light was on.
CHAD DThe drop off is only a tiny box on one pole in front of the location. Some signage might have been helpful
