The truck was dirty inside I booked it at one location then u haul emailed me that the location changed I went to the second location and he said I didn’t have reservation very bad experience

The equipment was VERY OLD , the inside cabin and inside of the cargo area was filthy and smelled like dirty oil . The windshield was filthy and no washer fluid . The check engine light/ oil light was on . Lastly , there were no cabin or cargo lights
