The people at H and H were great. The people at UHaul corporate were useless. I had my truck reserved for weeks at a local pickup location. We have 3 within 10 miles of my house. I received a call the day before my scheduled pickup date that I was going to have to drive 40 miles to get my truck. They did not take anything off the bill or offer to cover the mileage for me to drive to pick it up at the other location. The lady that called hung up on me. When I got to the new pickup location I was unable to get the keys because I didn’t have any service and the location was closed. We were able to contact the owner of H and H Paint and they were able to get there and help us. Thank goodness for great people!!! U-Haul had called and emailed several times prior to my pickup date asking me to go 4 counties away to get the truck or to stop and get trailers on my way to our new house.

Truck was not swept out from previous rental, still had small debris and dust in the back.
