Unsafe truck with a broken mirror. The location was not open when I booked the vehicle at 10 AM. I thought I might die driving the vehicle and would like to dispute the charge. So many issues to write about. I had phoned to report safety issues and that I' am disputing the charges.

Amit HHonestly, this is the last time I deal with your company. We agreed on a price to rent the car for 4 hours, and we were an hour and a half late, yet you doubled the amount. This is fraud and deception. It’s not smart to write contract terms over several pages to the point where you need a lawyer to interpret them. And in the end, you added a fuel charge even though the price was supposed to include the distance. I advise you to make the contract simple, containing only two terms: time and distance.
BASSAM IThis location was short staffed and the pick up process was very slow. One person was managing our U-Haul, chopping raw meat at the butcher counter for other customers and answering phone calls in between. The computer system was very slow and wouldn’t load properly on their computer. I would not use this location again or recommend to a friend.
Joshua WThe staff at this location were not helpful and asides the location u-haul on its own gave me a very frustrating first use of service. First dey moved my pickup location and when I got to the location I had to wait more than an hour to pick up the truck bcos another customer didn't finalize their drop-off.
