The drop off was easy. The man at the location told me to just drop the trailer where the others were parked. No other paperwork or sign in/out.

I have been there 2 times both times they had 4 trucks and said they where all rented when there where not . I live across the street and the trucks never left. I had to go over and beg to get a rental from them. Then when returned the truck which was less than an hour both times, I asked if I owed anything else was told no then they tried to charge my credit card both times . I will drive the extra 10 miles to rent if I need to in the future or use a different company.
