Wanted a 24 hour rental the guy could hardly speak English took a deposit of 427 dollars we were to you get back after you return the truck we had it for 1030 am till 430 pm and then they chat us a 4 day rental for having the truck for 6 hours total we even put more gas then it had to start with I call u haul then they say he should of told you we are charging for 4 days no matter how long you have it was told a manager would call me within 24 hours it’s already been 3 days and no call so I stopped the funds on my credit card and they can call me this is a total rip off company this has never happened before I always pay for 1 day only not like this Maybe they should hire people who speak English and we also never signed a contract

The store was great, but the app and experience of truckshare was absolutely awful. Would have been better to just have the store do it. I was on hold for 45 minutes trying to get my truck assigned to me, and it was sitting right in front of me but the store couldn't give it to me until things got worked out with uhaul online.
Bryn Ethe attendant at the store was rude as hell. I was in rush and with a friend that’s why didn’t argue or anything. Otherwise i’d give him a reality check.
Md BThere were pet hairs in the vehicle and on the seats. Air conditioning didn't work on the truck.
Paramjit SU-Haul I used the truck for less than 5 hours today, when I try to drop off the truck they told me (Khalid) that was no space at 1080 Rymal Rd E. Hamilton and I have to find another location, I wasted and extra hour and drop it off at 180 KENILWORTH AVE N HAMILTON, ON L8H4S1
