Adam welcomed me upon my arrival. He then quickly and efficiently processed my order and I was on my way! Upon returning the truck, I checked back in, confirmed my invoice, and all was complete and in order. I will definitely return to this location for future Rental needs!

Please ensure drop-off locations are open before 10 AM or clearly communicate operating hours in advance. Customers should be properly informed about the area they are being sent to, including any potential safety or traffic concerns, so they can plan accordingly. Most importantly, when an appointment or reservation is confirmed, it should be honoured. In my experience, this was not the case, and it created unnecessary delays and frustration. When people leave things in their truck because they didn’t see anyone personally, and it was dropped off outside of regular hours, reach out to them immediately regarding said items. In my case, it was three unopened pack of cigarettes in between $20-$50 that I threw in the glove box on some of my stops to keep it out of sight from prying eyes. I forgot it and nobody has reached out to me. It’s now been 24 or 48 hours. I may reach out but how do I prove this? Extremely disappointing on all fronts

Damian WWell I actually had a terrible start to my rental. After having U-Haul’s head office confirm my reservation, during pick up I come to find out that someone at U-Haul changed my reservation from Saturday 5pm to Sunday 5pm and the location I was suppose to pick up the U-Haul from did not have a truck available. Then someone from U-Haul called me and hooked me up with this location which was fine. By 6:30pm I had a truck. The guy did say he was going to lower my mileage costs which didn’t happen. Then after returning the truck on March 1st only today March 16th did I get an email stating my return has been processed and I have a credit due for 2 weeks now. Overall this was a nightmare but the rep who helped that night was great tho he missed my discount for the mileage for all the trouble I went through.
