Well I actually had a terrible start to my rental. After having U-Haul’s head office confirm my reservation, during pick up I come to find out that someone at U-Haul changed my reservation from Saturday 5pm to Sunday 5pm and the location I was suppose to pick up the U-Haul from did not have a truck available. Then someone from U-Haul called me and hooked me up with this location which was fine. By 6:30pm I had a truck. The guy did say he was going to lower my mileage costs which didn’t happen. Then after returning the truck on March 1st only today March 16th did I get an email stating my return has been processed and I have a credit due for 2 weeks now. Overall this was a nightmare but the rep who helped that night was great tho he missed my discount for the mileage for all the trouble I went through.
