I returned it late I didn't have a problem paying...I rented a small one first then I switched I had paid for 2 days with the small one which for the 2nd day I did NOT get back they said they would and dint..what the problem was the owner is a bitch I told her i couldn't get the qr to work she argued with me was very nasty yelling and said I saw u on camera I said good cuz cop in the parking lot she is very rude and they r closed on Monday so I had no way of getting a hold of her so she charged me 2days for the 25' one also i paid 400 total...I will NEVER rent from her or uhal again and im calling bbb on both!
