far too much time spent on phone booking the unit. Process was time consuming and confusing/language barrier. Then when I showed up for the trailer spent another almost 40 minutes trying to work with the counter gentleman as his app kept asking for redundant info and kept glitching. Then spent more time on my own phone registering. Dealer had no clue about the trailer and could not tell me what ball size was required. He also indicated that helping me hook up trailer "was not his responsibilty/they don't do that here" He did end up helping me anyways after saying that but Seems ridiculous to me this man runs a U Haul franchise out of a convenience store, uses his cell phone to do business and then knows nothing about trailers! How is this acceptable to hang the UHaul name there or anywhere were similar service would be provided? To me this is not an individual problem with this specific location, it is a problem with your company. Lack of training for dealers and offloaded all the paperwork onto clunky apps that even the dealer found confusing.and incredibly time consuming

Easy pickup, assisted walking me thru the process.
Cameron BHard to keep it sparkling clean, was dried mud on floors in cab and box but hard to clean with weather so understandable
TREVOR GI went to pick up the rental and had a bad experience. I booked blankets and none were available. Some of my furniture got damaged and scratched up. The truck was stuck in the ice and had no help from to get it out. I spend about 30 minutes trying and no luck. Just happened to ask a stranger with to help me and it worked.
Daniel DI was overcharged. I asked clearly that I will be taking one way and was misinformed that I will be reimburse for the extra amount
