They charged me $25 for “Safe Move” even though I declined it online. The lady said she could not remove the charge and that I had to contact U-Haul to resolve the matter.

David TLocation just accepted the keys. Didn't require a signature from me. I called your office to make sure I was following the correct after hours drop off procedures. It made me nervous that it was so informal.
