I think self check in process could have been explained a little bit more. I ended up delaying my pick up by two hours until employees at the facility where I picked up showed up for work. Previous times that I had rented with U-Haul I did it during working hours, so I did not have this problem.

The person in the store who helped us was very knowledgeagle and courteous. The truck and cab could have been cleaner.
Donald RI said no because a front left part of the vans bumper was cracked and as I drove faster on the highway it kept coming undone. Other THAN THAT!!!! amazing experience and I couldn't be more thankful for this location being available for me last minute. We really needed something to work out perfectly and it did thank you again :)!

Craig WBeware of U-Haul’s Bait and Switch tactics! Nowhere in my reservation, driving instructions or final invoice does it say that you are limited to so many miles driven and if you go over this limit, there are additional fees! They just sneak this charge onto your credit card with no explanation. This will be the last time they scam me, because I will NEVER EVER rent from this corrupt and sneaky company again! BEWARE!!
