I don't leave reviews. So take this one serious. I can't remember the gentleman's name who helped me. White dude with glasses, very helpful. It was quick and easy. The location was set up really cool with a bunch of musical equipment and nerd gear everywhere! Anyone coming through Harrison to turn in their truck should stop here. Great staff, great atmosphere. Best U-Haul experience to date.

They did not do a walk around with me, the rear inside tire on the drivers side was flat and we didn't even know it until after driving 250 miles. The tire had no valve stems in it. I ended up driving 400 miles like that.

KAREN MI let the person at the counter know I was there to return my U-Haul she said okay then stared at me and proceeded to say can I help you I said yes I'm here to return the U-Haul she then said okay again and that was it. I had to ask her is there anything else you need from me she stated no extremely poor customer service
