My drop off location was changed by uhaul cs and I was charged 200$ for it. I want my money back I'm very angry
Sabree CI was in Gallatin TN looking for a one-way trailer 6x12 rental; the Nashville metro area had no equipment meeting my need. Sloan's was an excellent location - I suggest that you add a search radius feature that would expand beyond the current limit if my choice is not available. I did find this location by changing the "renting from" location to Hartsville. U-Haul, upgrade your software.

Robert HEven though the equipment was maintained, it was very rusty on the outside and he said it was one of their newer ones. I would hate to see what the older ones would look like! It performed well, and I had no issues on the travels.
