I had a reservation and the pick up location was changed which was further away. Got there and the lights did not work so was directed to another location that was another 20 miles away. This was a major inconvenience. What good are reservations?
JAYDEN KThis rating is for the entire overall experience of my attempt to rent a trailer. Includes West Fargo location, Mac's Moorhead, Dilworth location and Hardwood location. 25 miles of driving on a wild goose chase around the FM area and 3.5 hours to finally get a trailer. Brutal.
Kurt KVery friendly and easy to work with. But was not told about the 8 gal fuel charge. Was told when I picked up truck that all I had to do was gill to amount I left with. That is not the case.
Paul RNo one was at the office when we arrived. The owner did not seem to understand how to use the u-haul online application and I had to help him troubleshoot completing the form. Owner seemed very disorganized and it took us 45 minutes before we had our truck.
