The location and vehicle it self were perfect, the user friendly aspect was not. I tried to pick up my uhaul at the scheduled time and it said I needed to call the help desk. I did that and the lady was amazing and did everything she could however it took close to an hour. I’m sure these things happen but it made me late on my delivery.

The uhaul app required to pick up the truck wouldn’t process correctly. I had to call the 800 number bc of the issues with the app. I would Never use the app again for pick up or drop off. Horrible customer service experience !!!!! I had no documentation of mileage or issues with truck at pick up once pictures uploaded I couldn’t find them or any documentation of mileage and fuel level.
