I was running late and used mobile pickup, so I can't really comment on the service at the location. However, the Uhaul tech that helped me edit my order to mobile pickup from in-person was excellent.

Provide a clean vehicle
STEVEN NTruck was good. Pickup location worked well with us to more pickup time up 2 hours since we were ready early (so we dropped off way earlier also).
Jeremy JJoel Kershner was very helpful, willing to meet me early Saturday, hooked it up, he was great. Much obliged.
NEIL KHonestly, the guy tried. He was on the phone with his boss. I was quoted a certain amount, didn't get that. I was supposed to pick up a trailer to deliver for you guys, and he wouldn't let me tskenit without paying for it. The battery was completely dead and we had to have someone come and change it. A very rough experience. I usually have nothing but amazing experiences with uhaul, unfortunately this was not one.
