Patrick SThe app would not load the camera despite giving permission on my phone. As a result, I was unable to pick up and drop off using the app. It wasn't an issue with the pickup since they staff was available and a pleasure to work with. They were friendly and efficient. The drop off was after hours. Just improve the app and all would be great. Thanks.
