The app would not load the camera despite giving permission on my phone. As a result, I was unable to pick up and drop off using the app. It wasn't an issue with the pickup since they staff was available and a pleasure to work with. They were friendly and efficient. The drop off was after hours. Just improve the app and all would be great. Thanks.

JAE JThe lady who worked the front desk was very nice and helpful! The guy that hooked it up for me was very nice as well and lent me his electrical insert for the brakes because I didn’t know where mine was. Very nice people to work with and I’d rent from there again.
LISA CThis was an after-hours drop-off. The location was orderly and easy to back the trailer into a spot.
