JOSEPH PU-Haul needs to take their old trucks out of service. The tow haul switch does not work on the U-Haul which means you get worse gas mileage. The air conditioning did not work properly and this truck has $145,000 mi on it. Plus you guys charge $1.29 a mile Penske charges $0.99 a mile and their trucks are all new! I will never rent another U-Haul!
DAVID RHave the van that you order at location. I took a larger one but not all people are comfortable with driving a bigger truck. The ac did not work well. It was over all a good experience.
