The truck was dirty it looked like it was not cleaned inside and outside. The was trash on the floor and the cup holders had coffee stains inside and outside.

The right rear tire light was on. I had to take time to stop and fill it, and it went on again. I was unable to get gas because I had to stop and fill the tire with air. The air conditioning did not work, and it was over 80 degrees outside, so we rolled down the window, and the driver's side would not roll up, and it was loud on the freeway.
KYSHA GWe were down the street at Walmart to buy a Tv, but realized the size of the TV was to be for my car, so we Immediately found a U-Haul less then 1 mile away, and we drove straight their, and found the Van we were looking for, only took less then 10 min to book it and drove back to pick up the TV, and was back to drop off the Van in less then 2 hrs! The rep there was awesome and extremely kind, we were very happy with the service and our 75” TV 👍🏼😇🌸
Rebecca SI don't believe that there is anything that can be improved. The staff person was friendly and very professional. The truck was a newer model and performed very well! I had a very good customer experience. This will always be my truck rental location.
