My vehicle I reserved was not available. When I call the office could not find my reservation. I had to settle for another smaller truck. I could not scan in out scan out my reservation. A total disaster yesterday. But overall it worked out.

Sokol PPaid for furniture pads, none were in the vehicle. Picked up the vehicle before the place opened so no one was available to help. Now I have to call U-Haul to get my money back.
