The man who helped us was very nice and knew exactly what we needed to connect the trailer to our tow hitch. He made all the connections and made sure the tail lights worked correctly before we drove off.

I had a great experience and will be happy to rent from UHaul again
TYLERE AIt’s fine. The process for acquiring the vehicle takes a much longer time than anticipated so I would add language that says make sure you include up to 30 minutes to onboard vehicle through the app as I had no idea about the manage assurance contact, which was a big surprise. My dolly was also not loaded into the truck, but I found it in the front.

Denis OEasy transaction, Sam was great, very efficient, and accommodating. He made our day. We had a reservation at Home Depot which they were not able to fulfill, we (husband and I) were frustrated and overwhelmed. We really needed a truck at the moment. We passed by the U-Haul location in Hawthorne and stopped to inquire about availability, that is when Sam came through and we were able to drive out in a van. Sam saved the day.
