We were happy with the rental, but the costs to rent are becoming far too expensive. $1.29 per mile is gouging your customers. We drove 50 miles total and that was almost double the rental fee. $119 seems too much for a 8 hour rental. Thanks

DANIEL MThe gentleman that helped me was friendly and was helpful. What would have made this a 5 star was if the truck was cleared of snow, had been checked that it would start, and that the keys were ready/accessible. The original truck i was to get had days worth of snow and ice on it and didn't end up starting. So we switched to a different truck where it too was covered in days worth of snow and ice. The keys had been put in the box which was completely frozen over. It cut into my rental time by at least 30-45 minutes and I only rented for a few hours. Service was nice but I just didnt feel like my time was respected.
