Very quick and easy... even better than going to a actual u haul place... way faster
MICHAEL BNothing much to say. The person that helped us did worked quickly so the actual rental part was painless. Returning was a bit more involved as nobody was there, so I followed the app for the return process. Pretty easy...no complaints.
DANIEL WI was never informed this was my pick up location. It was 30 miles away from the pick up location on my reservation. The location was fine, but U-Haul messed up my pickup.
Sarra DI was charged for 2 days of rental when I only rented for one day. Have to spend time correcting the invoice.
