The location and service at Hayward Mini Buildings were fine. I am disappointed, however, in the Uhaul reservation services. I reserved the trailer to be picked up in Spooner WI, only to be told later by Uhaul that I had to go to Hayward WI to pick up my rental, an additional 30 minute drive for me. What is the point of making a reservation if it is only going to change? Uhaul needs to make improvements to this. I would recommend this location to friends, but would hesitate recommending Uhaul.
