It wasn't there problem so much it was out of my way and the uhual website was down on the phone so it took me almost an hour to be able to get my truck

The blankets were wet and dirty
JODI EThe location and service at Hayward Mini Buildings were fine. I am disappointed, however, in the Uhaul reservation services. I reserved the trailer to be picked up in Spooner WI, only to be told later by Uhaul that I had to go to Hayward WI to pick up my rental, an additional 30 minute drive for me. What is the point of making a reservation if it is only going to change? Uhaul needs to make improvements to this. I would recommend this location to friends, but would hesitate recommending Uhaul.
