Friendly helpful service. Easy to hook trailer.
Bobby WThe uhaul attendant was more focused on the football game. Took 45 minutes waiting for him to call his buddy over the touch down. Not that im in a rush but you know when your moving things it take a great deal of time. Time I don't care to waste so some guy can watch sports games. Needed help to get the trailer lifted up to hook it to the truck. ..the attendant wouldn't leave from the t.v. in the store to help. I thought uhaul was supposed to check the vehicle and at the least help an older guy out.
James DI had to ask stranger to help hook up trailer because they had no trailer jack on trailer. When I returned I couldn’t get assistance with unhooking trailer. They need someone there to help
LISA WSuspension on the truck was ROUGH. I own a 77' Chevy that has better ride quality than that truck with 77k miles on it. Other than that, it was super easy to rent the truck once my app started working. Super convenient, etc.
